Computer
Development Systems began its inception in the fall of 1996. By
January of 1997, CDS began preparing the business for its future, by
contacting various central Pennsylvania businesses, building a focus
market. Through this market, Computer Development Systems began
providing its services to the web development company Highlander
Associates.
|
|
These bookings in mid 1997, became
realistic earnings in late 1997, which helped carry Computer
Development Systems into 1998 with a solid customer base and
additional bookings. In addition to providing services to Highlander
Associates, CDS was able to also build a non-commercial sales base
in hardware and software sales, as well as support.

|
In
late 1998, Computer Development Systems purchased the right to do
business directly with the clients of Highlander Associates, which
allowed them to dissolve their IT business. With this purchase, CDS
began direct marketing to existing clients, creating additional cash
flow and client buy-in. This effort attracted more business, and
built stronger professional business relationships with our clients.

In the fall of 1998, CDS had the
opportunity to partner with a local area Internet Service Provider
(ISP), EZOnline. Our web server administration and website
development skills enabled them to profit from a decrease in support
issues, increased customer satisfaction, and ultimately additional
web hosting contracts.

Early
in 1999, EZOnline was purchased by OneMain.com, a global Internet
Service Provider entering the market in the Harrisburg area.
Computer Development Systems made a strategic move, at this time,
and purchased the necessary equipment and Internet access to begin
providing website and email hosting services in conjunction with
their extensive website development experience.

Throughout 1999 and 2000, Computer
Development Systems provided top quality consulting, hosting,
and development services to businesses located across the
world. CDS
obtained its first Microsoft® certification in 1999, and completed
all certification requirements for the Microsoft® Certified
Solution Developer (MCSD) program in January 2001.

July
1, 2000, CDS qualified to provide its services to Pennsylvania state agencies,
under the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) requirements. We qualified
under the programming, consulting, database, and other various
programs.

|
January 1, 2001, CDS was established
as a Limited Liability Corporation, and formed what is now Computer
Development
Systems, LLC.
