- Make sure you can surf the internet. If not, then it is
likely that you have a connection problem. Try disconnecting from the
internet, reconnect then try accessing your email again.
- If you can't surf the website of your internet or email
service provider it is possible that their server may be down. Try
again after a few hours. If you still cannot connect,
contact your email service provider.
- If you can surf the Internet, but can't get your email,
your email program may have encountered an irreversible error. Try
closing down the email program, and try again. If this doesn't work, you
may have to reboot your computer, reconnect to the internet, then try
your email program again.
- After rebooting, and connecting to the Internet, your
program should work properly. If not, then your email
configuration settings could be configured improperly. Follow our email setup
document for instructions on configuring your system properly.
- Due to security purposes or lack of payment, your
email account can be de-activated. To verify or re-activate
