Why can't I log into my mail through the web browser?
Some of the reasons you can't log into your mail through
the web browser are:
Your email account has been de-activated for
security purposes
Your email account has been de-activated due to
lack of payment
Our email server software or hardware is being
upgraded
An email virus outbreak has occurred, which
will de-activate the email server for a period of 30-60 minutes
depending on the severity.
CDS will notify you if we will be taking the
servers down for maintenance. If we have not notified you and
you are unable to access your email through the web browser, but you
can view other sites on the Internet,
contact CDS.
