What this Privacy Policy Covers

- CDS collects personally identifiable information when
you register for a CDS account, when you use certain CDS products or
services, and when you enter promotions or sweepstakes. CDS may also
receive personally identifiable information from our business
partners.
- When you register with CDS, we ask for your name,
email address, birth date, gender, zip code, occupation, industry, and
personal interests. Once you register with CDS and sign in to our
services, you are not anonymous to us.
- CDS also automatically receives and records
information on our server logs from your browser including your IP
address, CDS cookie information and the page you requested.
- CDS uses information for three general purposes: to
customize the advertising and content you see, to fulfill your
requests for certain products and services, and to contact you about

Information and preferences at any time, including whether you want CDS

- Your CDS Account Information is password-protected
for your privacy and security.
- In certain areas CDS uses industry-standard SSL-encryption
to protect data transmissions.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
- CDS may amend this policy from time to time. If we
make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal
information we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on
our pages.
Children's Privacy Policy
Information Sharing and Disclosure
- CDS will NOT collect any information about children.
In the event that a child poses as an adult, the information will be
removed from our systems immediately.
- CDS will not rent or sell children's personally
identifiable information to anyone.
- CDS will not contact children under 13 about special
offers or for marketing purposes without parental consent.
- CDS will only send personally identifiable
information about a child to other companies or people when:
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders or legal
process, to the extent permitted by law.
- Under the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act,
no web site operator can require, as a condition of participation in
an activity, that a child under the age of 13 disclose more
information than is reasonably necessary. CDS abides by this
requirement.
