Referral Program Guidelines and
Eligibility |

Rewards are only available to current customers.

Customer’s account must be in good standing to
qualify for a referral credit.

Rewards are only available as credits, and are not
available to be refunded to the customer as cash.

All reward credits will be applied to the
referring customer’s account.

Reward credits will not be issued to the
individual making the referral.
-
The Referral Form must be accurate and complete.
-
The point of contact must be a decision maker at
the company.
-
The prospect cannot be an existing CDS customer
or prospect.
-
All leads must be qualified leads (i.e. they
should be expecting a call from CDS).

Leads must close within six months of the submission
date. Leads that are closed outside of the six month period will be
considered ineligible for the credit reward.

There is no limit on the number of referrals a
customer may make or commission a customer can receive.

Reward credits are calculated on the referrals’
contracts as follows:

Monthly Support Plan – The customer will receive
a credit of 5-10% of the annualized value of the Monthly Support
Plan contract.

Credits will be issued after CDS receives
payment on the sixth month’s invoice for the contract.

The referral must sign a one-year contract
for monthly support services.

Website and Email Hosting – The customer will
receive a credit equal to the value of two months of the
referrals’ hosting fees.

Credits will be issued after CDS receives
payment on the sixth month’s invoice for the contract.

The referral must sign a one-year contract
for website and/or email hosting services.

Projects (including, but not limited to, Custom
Software Development, Website Development and Design, Graphic
Design and QuickBooks and Microsoft Applications Integration) –
The customer will receive a credit of up to 10% of the gross
value of the project.

Credits will be issued when CDS receives
payment for at least 50% of the project’s total value.

The gross value of the project must total a
minimum of $500 in order to qualify under the Referral
Program.

Sales of hardware do not qualify for Referral
Program credits. Credits can not be applied to hardware
purchases.

If the credit awarded exceeds the customer’s monthly
bill, the credit will be applied over the course of multiple months
until exhausted.

If the customer terminates the contract with CDS
or the customer’s account is in default, only partial credit
will be applied.

In the case of a credit dispute, the judgment of CDS
will be considered final.

CDS reserves the right to amend the Referral Program
Guidelines and Eligibility requirements at any time.
