Why CDS?

  • We’re good listeners. Whether it's buying a server or automating a process, we ask questions and then take the time to really listen to determine the best solution for you.
  • We value your time. When possible, we try to resolve issues remotely first, so you don’t have to wait for a technician to schedule and travel to your office. 
  • Our invoicing puts our customers first. We round up at the end of the day. So say you have multiple questions throughout the day, we don’t round up per each question we round up at the end of the day, so you aren’t paying for time we didn’t actually spend.
  • We check in with you. For most of our services, we take the time to check in with you monthly or quarterly to make sure everything is running smoothly.
  • We’re proactive. Really, we’d make more money just dealing with catastrophes, but we prefer to work with our clients to prevent them.
  • Equipment guarantee. We take pride in our ability to help you pick out the best equipment for your specific needs. If for any reason you are unhappy with what we suggested, we’ll buy that equipment back from you within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Warranty?  Buy something from us and have problems with something covered under warranty? We’ll take care of dealing with the headache of contacting the manufacturer and the repair for you, for free!
  • Cross training. Have you ever had an issue and the person who helped you initially wasn’t available the next time? We spend the time cross training our employees, so everyone knows what is going on and the whole team is available to help you. Don’t spend your valuable time waiting on one person to be available. Did we mention we don’t bill you for the cross training time? It’s just another service that makes us unique.
